spring blooms new energies
Sakura Matsuri, or cherry blossom season, celebrates the fleeting beauty of Japan’s blooming sakura trees each spring — a tradition of hanami (flower viewing) that dates back over a thousand years.
In multicultural London, Sakura Matsuri offers a joyful way to bring teams together through art, taste and tradition — honouring Japanese heritage while celebrating the fleeting beauty of spring.

A Dear Asia Event
Not a small undertaking – our whole team of experienced language, culture and craft educators comes together to design and deliver your experience.
Styled like a fun fair – activities are set up as different stations so guests can wander between at their own pace, making the whole event feel like a festival fun fair rather than a fixed itinerary.
Flexible by design – activities scale from an intimate team of 12–20 to a company-wide celebration of 60 or more.
Fully immersive – guests see, feel, learn, taste and create, connecting genuinely with Asian culture through multi-sensory experiences.
Active engagement – we keep a facilitator-to-guest ratio of 1:6–8, so everyone stays engaged and involved.
