how to organise?

format

Full embroidery pieces can take hours or even days to complete, so what we offer is a lighter, accessible version — ideal if you’re not especially confident with a needle and thread, and nowhere near the undertaking it sounds. Some projects let you choose between starting from scratch or from a half-finished piece, like a diamond-shaped perfume pouch. Others use the simple, repetitive patterns of Japanese Sashiko stitching to create something symbolic, like a personalised bookmark.

price

We typically quote for the whole event rather than a set fee per person for embroidery alone — but as a guide, expect around £15-40pp for a small to medium beginner workshop.

set up

We bring everything needed to set up your space for embroidery — for example, pre-marked fabric, needles and thread, ready to go. All materials included.

DURATION

Our easy pieces shall require 30 mins or less to finish. We are also experienced in providing extra help to those who are not confident with needles and threads.

Our full time team are experienced event organisers. We bring together event facilitators and crafs, so you don’t need to source multiple suppliers yourself. On the day, we handle setup, materials and introductions end to end — you just need to book the room.
