One River, Two Thousand Years Of Tradition
The Dragon Boat Festival, or Duanwu Jie, is celebrated on the 5th day of the 5th lunar month, honouring the poet Qu Yuan with dragon boat races, zongzi and traditions believed to ward off evil spirits.

Not a small undertaking – our whole team of experienced language, culture and craft educators comes together to design and deliver your experience.
Styled like a fun fair – activities are set up as different stations so guests can wander between at their own pace, making the whole event feel like a festival fun fair rather than a fixed itinerary.
Flexible by design – activities scale from an intimate team of 12–20 to a company-wide celebration of 60 or more.
Fully immersive – guests see, feel, learn, taste and create, connecting genuinely with Asian culture through multi-sensory experiences.
Active engagement – we keep a facilitator-to-guest ratio of 1:6–8, so everyone stays engaged and involved.

Group Size
20–60 guests per session — our sweet spot for keeping everyone engaged, with a facilitator-to-guest ratio of 1:8. More than 60 people? We can run back-to-back sessions instead.
Venue
We come to you – materials, tea-ware and décor included, set up and packed away on the day. If you’re planning a team outing instead, we can help source a suitable venue.
Session Length
Most sessions run 1 to 1.5 hours, especially during work hours. Our team will need 1–2 hours before and after to set up and clean up.
Price
We quote based on a few key factors – number of people and workshops of your choice. Our quote covers planning, materials, logistics and labour costs, so it’s not as simple as a flat price per person.
